DAY 2: First breakfast, then a tour of the city. Buenos Aires is, without any doubt, one of the South American cities that best reflects the cosmopolitan, aristocratic atmosphere of its European peers. However, side by side with this city, there lives another, with its colorful sheet metal houses in the neighborhood of la Boca; and the city of the tango that reverberates along the streets of San Telmo. It is precisely this combination that makes this city an original and irresistible metropolis. This outing is an introduction to Buenos Aires , Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero and the streets of la Recoleta. In the evening, we invite you to to Tango theater. Your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and escort to you to theater with live music, a tango show, and dinner.
DAY 3: This morning, your local guide will meet you in the hotel lobby for your morning flight to Puerto Iguazu (Iguassu Falls).. An English speaking guide will meet you at the airport in Puerto Iguazu and transfer to the hotel of your choice.. Two nights, double occupancy. You may want to stay at the Sheraton International Hotel. The Sheraton is located on the Argentine side and is the only hotel in the area with a magnificent view of the falls from the hotel itself. We will reserve you a falls view room . Iguazu (or Iguassu ) is considered an important highlight of any trip to South America . UNESCO has included Iguassu surrounded by abundant, flora and fauna, to be a natural monument and part of the Heritage of Mankind. In the afternoon, our English speaking guide will meet you for an excursion to the Argentine Falls, walking along the superior and inferior pathways, to experience a very close view of this imposing natural wonder. This tour is conducted in a small group
DAY 4: The adventure continues! The waters from the river flow deeply descending from a height of 210 feet across 275 falls! The national park is filled with exotic subtropical vegetation that surrounds the falls, such as gigantic ferns, and lianas. There are over 400 bird species, such as parrots, toucans and hummingbirds. This morning your local English speaking guide will meet you in the hotel lobby for a morning boat ride to the mouth of the falls. Known as the Macuco Safari, this thrilling boat ride is an unforgettable experience. Box lunch is included. In the afternoon, there is time to explore on your own
DAY 5: In the morning your local guide will meet you in the hotel lobby in time to transfer you to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires . Transfer to the five-star hotel of your choice.. Two nights, double occupancy, breakfast included at the hotel dining room. In the evening, take the opportunity to explore Buenos Aires on your own without a guide.
DAY 6: On the outskirts of the city, we know a local estancia that hosts gaucho parties for visitors. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink with epanadas. Later you will be treated to a typical Argentine barbeque, followed by a show featuring folk music, tango and dancing. Following lunch, see a cuaderas and ring race where gauchos show their skill as horsemen. Later in the afternoon, traditional snacks will be served and carriage rides are available. Return to the hotel.
