WHAT'S NEW
At this time of year, we have already seen the first arrivals of waved albatrosses. These amazing seabirds return to Espanola in the Galapagos Islands every year to mate after roaming the broad Pacific Ocean for the remainder of the year. Blue-footed boobies have started their courtship rituals, fishes swim vigorously everywhere, penguins are very active, iguanas and turtles started to hatch, pelicans are collecting nesting material, etc..
"Our trip was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. All
transfers were smooth and accommodations were perfect. Our guide was extremely
knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. It was very hard to return home, but
our over 7000 photos (digital fortunately) will help keep the memories
fresh. I can't even pick a best thing because each day was filled with so many.
The only suggestion we have is that the Quito city and Equatorial Monument
tour might be better set up as a full day because there is so much to see.
