Profile - Galapagos Legend |
As of 2001, the Galapagos Legend, Galapagos Islands, is one of the finest ships launched into the Galapagos Islands fleet. This modern five star, adventure-style motor vessel set sail with a maximum of 100 discriminating explorers. With 3, 4, and 7-night voyages into Darwin's "Enchanted Isles", the Galapagos Legend offers fine naturalist cruises in deluxe accommodations.
With over 2,700 gross tons, the Galapagos Legend has all the amenities of larger cruise liners, despite the fact that she is small enough to provide her passengers with the close proximity to nature that characterizes the Galapagos cruise experience. Designed with the Galapagos tours in mind, the Galapagos Legend is sleek and comfortable.
The marine life in the Galapagos Islands is well ...legendary. Galapagos penguins cavort along the coastlines while sea lions play and schools of manta rays glide beneath the surface. Among the reefs there are shimmering schools of fish, sea turtles, marine iguanas and so much more!
